Full-Time Regional Support Manager – Domiciliary Care
Our client is a well respected Domiciliary Care provider who provide care to people in their own homes across the country, operating from Franchised branches.
As a Regional Support Manager you will be the first point of contact for Franchises in order to support them in the initial set up and ongoing growth of their businesses; you will ensure compliance within the business model and ensure CQC compliance.
Salary: £38,000 per annum + £4,500 car allowance
Benefits include discretionary bonus and car allowance.
Location: North West England (ideally suited to someone based within West Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire region)
Summary of skills and experience required:
Experience within regional management or regional business development, ideally within social care or a similar sector.
A thorough understanding of Domiciliary Care and compliance with regulatory bodies.
Ability to analyse key financial and performance data and work with franchises to prepare financial plans and forecasts.
A strong, confident leadership style.
Strong marketing and communication skills
